Kids & Teens Service Policy

We love welcoming young guests! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children and teens, please review our guidelines:

Ages We Serve

• Kids (8–12 years) — Mini spa & grooming services
• Teens (13–19 years) — Teen facials, grooming, light makeup
• Children below 4 years may not be eligible for services (for safety reasons)

Parental Supervision

• A parent or legal guardian must be present inside the salon during the child's service.
• For teens (16+), a parent may remain nearby, but written consent is required.

Product Safety

• We use mild, hypoallergenic, age-appropriate products for all children and teens.
• No harsh chemicals or heat tools are used for young children (unless specifically requested and deemed safe).

Kids' Spa Parties

• All parties must be pre-booked and confirmed with a deposit.
• We ensure hygiene, supervision, and a safe environment throughout the event.

Child Behaviour & Comfort

• If a child is uncomfortable or uncooperative during a service, the therapist may end or modify the session to ensure safety.
• Parents are encouraged to step in to comfort their child when needed.

Photography

• Parents are welcome to take photos of their child.
• We do not photograph children for promotional use without explicit written parental approval.
