Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At GlowSol, we understand that plans can change. To help us serve all guests smoothly, we request the following:

Cancellations

  • Please cancel your appointment at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a 25% cancellation charge.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before your slot, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling less than 3 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-Show

  • A "no-show" (missing your appointment without notice) may result in a 50% no-show fee and future bookings may require advance payment.

Group / Party Bookings

  • Kids' spa parties and group bookings require a 30% advance deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the event time.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
